They don't answer. I'm trying to get a passport appointment and they don't answer when they do their on break. If you go in person their angry or just rude.

Terrible customer service!!! Not helpful at all. Hand gave my package to the postal worker, it's been 2months now that it's been lost and they can't do nothing about it. Ppl please make sure they scan your packages in front of you or get a receipt .

My package has been stuck here for 3 months. They won't give me a refund and they can't find it either. They have the worst customer service. The response is "its in transit". Seriously? Its been in transit since February 16, 2016. I would give them -5 stars but it forces me to give at least 1 star. They are rude, incompetent, and disrespectful.

Called to make a appointment.... they take for ever to answer the phone....and when they did answer  They have no appointments available no renew my daughters passports...lazy a$$ government people workers!!!
