Called them when I first moved in about mail being stop being delivered to my house. He person who picked up the home was helpful in solving my problem. Has a self checkout so that's good.

First time here. Although nothing to do with the employees. But the equipment. CC machines went down. So the line is backing WAY up. So bring cash to this location

I have repeatedly told them not to send me Kulsum Hudda or Pyarali Hudda's mails to my mailbox: 6623 84th. Ct. North, Brooklyn Park 55445; but they still DO! They just stick the damn yellow ticket, these ppl are not here, they are in Canada last 2 years! I have talked to several mail carriers, I go out way long before they come and wait for them, I have called them and even personally went! But, nothing is done! Also our mails are getting directed to another mailbox everyday. I get ppl' s mails and even prescriptions daily in my box that are not mine; and my go missing; sometimes a good neighbor may bring it to me, including prescriptions. This is ridiculous. You guys stink, we pay taxes and have a right to proper mail delivery and privacy.

Terrible customer service. It's as if the people working there think of you as an eye sore when you go in. They talk to you as if you are stupid. Hire new people with common sense please USPS.
