They lost a very important document I was expecting sending it to an incorrect address and never recovered it. I would not recommend sending any important item through this company.

I sent a package to Corte Madera June 8. The package has yet to be delivered! They delivered it to a business before the business even opened at 10. I went and scheduled a redelivery. Online it still says redelivery will occur June 11 -- that was 7 days ago. It's sitting their shelf somewhere! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Had a problem getting an ebay customer his package. Local Postal Employee: Ana went above and beyond to get my package delivered. Thanks so much!

The last two times that I have requested a mail hold the mail WAS NOT DELIVERED as scheduled.The response from the Post Master was very poor.
