I found everyone to be MOST helpful... Many mean customers, for various reasons, mostly because they do not have the correct documentation and blame the DMV folks. And the line was not unreasonable at all, especially if you have an appointment!

The most pleasant experience with DMV I've ever had. The staff is super nice, minimum waiting. I had an appointment for DL renewal, had to take a photo and the written test, was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Faster the El Cerrito or San Francisco D.M.V. friendlys and good costumer services.
