Worst mailman I have ever had is out of this location.
Delivers mail constantly to the wrong address, doesn't bring packages to the door, doesn't come to the door for a signature. If myself or the sender are paying for their services I shouldn't have to go to the post office to pick items up

I have been using this location for more than 25 years, and I have always been dealt with excellent customer service!  I HATE THE PARKING!

Always nice and friendly and helpful. Sometimes the customers are the ones who seem not to know what they want and not have their stuff ready. Great experience there.

Don't answer their phone. They are never available to help. They are unprofessional.

Anytime I order a package it is reliably delivered 1-2 days before the estimated delivery date. I am aware that such service varies from region to region so I feel it is necessary to give credit where due, and the Rochester USPS does deserve credit for exemplary service over the last several years.
