The lady in the front part of this greeting card outlet is very nice, HOWEVER: I gave the USPS Office portion of this establishment one star because I can't give it any less. The reason that this particular location is bad is because of the fact that the USPS representative that staffs this location is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. When I entered and started looking at the different mail options, the man asked "what are you tryna do?" and when I said I just needed to send a letter, he said "get a regular envelope at the front!" as if I had done something wrong and as if he was angry. I asked at the front, but they don't take cards, so I headed back to the post office area to attempt to use a card by sending my letter "certified" and therefore being able to get an envelope from the POST OFFICE (you'd think he'd have these) but instead he yelled at me again stating that I should go get change. When I asked when he closed, he yelled "15 minutes ago" and I decided to leave and go someplace else. Even if you're courteous, this man will still be a rude and unprofessional towards you. This location needs re-staffing and this employee needs to be reprimanded. I will be contacting the USPS corporate office regarding this employee and will visit the Goodlette Frank location from now on even if it quite a longer drive.

Customer service needs a lot of work at this location. I hope it soon gets better.

I have been here many times and each time I have had a close to unpleasant experience. The man behind the counter does his job but does so with unnecessary remarks and comments. He makes the customer feel almost guilty for giving him work to do. His odd sense of humor tends to come off crude. The only reason I have been going here is because it is in close proximity to where I live but I have decided that I rather take my business elsewhere. My last experience with this man was a few days ago. I went in to send a package through express mail, I was prepared to pay whatever cost as long as I ensured that I sent it out and had it sent back to me in a few days at the most. When I informed him that I would be sending it by Express Mail, he grunted and remarked that I was being difficult and he was calling my decision crazy and ridiculous to pay so much for sending a package. I wanted to tell him "I'm sorry but am I going to be using your money to send it? No, I didn't think so. It is my money and I will do with it as I wish! " Gosh, I really wanted to tell him something, but being the civilized human being that I am, I bit my tongue to get the work done as fast as possible. He behaves as though he is the only working human being in the world. He does his work with a horrible and unnecessary attitude. I realize that not everyone enjoys their work but I wish he had the decency to do it without his jerkish attitude. I don't even want him to do it with a smile, I don't care for that but just don't make the customer feel guilty or angry for giving you work to do. I had such an awful experience. I really had to vent. If you are desperate to get to a Post Office, go elsewhere even if it is a farther distance. Dealing with this man is not worth it. Especially if you know you might want more information about your package or shipping method, he will give you the info but in a reluctant manner. That is all.

I have never met a nicer more friendly group of employees in my life than I have at this post office. Seriously, I don't know how they do it under the stress of such long lines. Kudos to them.
