NEVER in my life have I ever been so displeased with any type of service. I'm a VERY tolerable person. Weeks ago they failed to deliver a package, not only did they fail to leave a notice, but when I went to the post office to figure it out an employee very nastily told me i was wasting her time if I didn't have a notice. I was shocked by her rudeness and walked away thinking it was somehow my fault. Now, i ordered a new laptop with two day shipping and insurance. Again, they have failed to deliver it on the expected day. Online I made a request of redelivery and they didn't deliver it on that day (yesterday) or today. I'm a student so I can't make it the post office before they close, so I called the post office and I just had the most frustrating experience with an automated voice system..... trying to enter a tracking number vocally is not easy. Please for godsake before the holiday season (actually already here) hire new management and employees. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Trash. It's so bad that my girlfriend would rather wait and have this office send a package back to the sender, get the refund, and buy the package again than wait at the office for them to find your package. And woe to you if you have to come here around Christmas. Workers are rude and dismissive. Every time I'm here there's someone mad that a driver said they attempted delivery but actually didn't, or they lost their package. This post office is easily the worst part of living in the area. The only reason I even use USPS anymore is because Amazon made it the only delivery option. I happen to have lived in this area as a teenager and came back, and I told my father how terrible this post office was and he said it's been like that since we lived in the area in the late 90's/early 2000's. Prime example of the government leaving the USPS to rot. EDIT: and a week after I posted this, they've lost one of my (time sensitive) packages. It's been two weeks and their answer is "It's not on the shelf I don't know where it is". It was 'Out For Delivery' on November 18th and now as of November 30th, it's just blowing in the wind somewhere.

wish i could give zero stars, my experience has been the same as others in the past week! the delivery guy did not even attempt to deliver my package, yet a notification was sent to my phone that the "Business was closed" If they had actually tried to deliver it, they would have seen that it was a resident and NOT a business address. Second, they did not even leave a notice on the door, so they never attempted to deliver it. The notification said they would try again the next delivery day, and it's now been over a week! I went a few days ago to this post office where of course you waste like an hour waiting only to be treated rudely and then told that your package is not there and that the delivery people were "backed up" so to wait for my package to be redelivered. At this point, i don't even know what to do anymore. Like someone else here mentioned, I would not have chosen to use USPS but since i ordered through Amazon, i had no choice in the matter. Seriously considering just letting them send the package back and getting a refund! Because getting on the line with anyone is IMPOSSIBLE!!! Its such a NIGHTMARE and this place needs to be shut down already or they need to just RESTRUCTURE the whole office because the employees there DO NOT CARE and have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they're super UNORGANIZED!!!!!

I wish I could leave less than one star. I've been to this post office to pick up my mail 3 times in 3 weeks, on the only two days it's allowed. 2 of those 3 times, no one would even come to the desk to do anything. I asked if some one was coming and they would say yes. They were not in a rush or busy. Each time I waited 20 plus minutes until I gave up. Total disinterest in helping you or even doing the minimum a post office should do. Unfriendly. F-. I can't believe these people are paid.

At some point, this USPS location needs to listen the concerns surrounding this staff because the service here is terrible. It isn’t always every staff member, it has to be the managerial talent that’s failing because it’s under staffed on weekends when people needs it most. The actual package delivery staff who work for USPS never knock on doors or ring door bells. They prefer to leave pink slips all over Brooklyn and people are forced to travel to this branch in search of their packages. Every time I am forced to retrieve a package from this location, it feels like walking into purgatory and all of the workers are lost souls who could care less if they live or die, so they torture us visitors because; why not.
