After calling to get answers to some work I need to get done for my car I didn't feel welcomed nor please with the tone of the guy on the other end not only that I was hung up on... The website is very nice but for that attitude I'd rather go to the Swap Shop...

The three negative reviews for this establishment are all the same person or friends the same person who were not even involved with the transaction described. The incident in question was about a repair that was for a dash board. After the repair the customer accused the shop of breaking something that was not in the area of the repair. When he was told that we could not have broken the a/c vent, he got extremely aggressive. I was in fear of my life. I had to call the police to have him removed from the premise. To him this constitutes racism. This establishment has been in this community for almost thirty years. And have had a reputation for good work at reasonable price with good customer service. If that was not the case we would been out of business many years ago.
