My husband took the car to be serviced a couple weeks ago. They didn't have the right air filter and had to order it. Then the hurricane came through, and we got back into our schedules. I called yesterday to ask if they had the filter... "No, we have to order it. It will be here tomorrow." So I called today to see if it was there and to let them know I was on my way. They said ok. So I got there-they said the guy ordered the wrong filter and it would be 10 minutes. I waited 90 minutes. I did ask for a refund, and they were gracious enough to do that. Working full time, and as a mom of 3, I just don't have that kind of time to waste!

When I came in with my car making a horrible noise -Luis and Juan did a great job addressing what was going on.  Actually something in the front end was lose & just  needed to be tightened.  This is now my shop - refreshing to have them address what's wrong & not try to run up a bill.  The shop I was using closed & I need someplace that I can rely on to shoot straight & treat me fair. I've found it.  & I'll recommend them to my family.
