Front desk staff is great and very friendly, which is why I give them three stars. The technician was proficient, but could not have made me feel worse about the condition of my teeth (mind you I did not have a cavity and had been there 6 months earlier, when I was told I just need to floss more). She made me feel like they were going to fall out at any moment and reminded me that not flossing can lead to heart disease. They also have very limited availability as they are only open Tuesdays and Thursdays. When I needed to move my appointment I had to move it to three months later.

The worst experience EVER! First off, the hours on the website are apparently incorrrct! Try calling at 8:00a.m. and see if you get a human being to answer. NOT! Anyways, my first visit was in Nov. 2016. Such a waste of time! I had an extensive conversation with the scheduler and not one time was I informed that I would be expected to pay $99.00 for a Panaromic X-ray! I didn't pay it! I walked out and vowed never to come back! I called my dentist and told him what happened and he advised me to just go ahead and pay the fee because it would give them a more current view of my mouth instead of the older x-ray that I had a copy of. I go back, get the x-ray done and now I am told that I must go to my physician to get a CSAN because the x-ray doesn't show the depth! Huh? Just a waste of time and money!!! I won't be back!!! I did not feel the dentist nor the staff were honest with me.

One star might be too generous. About 6 mo. ago I came here for a cleaning. They hadn't gotten records from my previous, but hadn't told me--so when I arrived, no one knew if my insurance would pay for xrays, etc. They had me in the chair calling the insurance office. I walked out. My daughter wished to stay with them, so I allowed her to. This week, she told me she had wisdom tooth pain. I called these folks. First, they promised a call back that never came. 8 hours later, I called again and tried to schedule. They said she could be seen by the oral surgeon they work with today. Great--rearranged things, made the appt. The whole time she was reading off my daughter's chart--our phone numbers, etc. When my husband took daughter in today, they had NO RECORD OF ANY APPT AT ALL, NOT TODAY, NOT IN FUTURE. ???? Oh, and they couldn't squeeze her in. So now daughter still in pain and no plan and it's Saturday. Under no circumstances should you go to this dentist unless you enjoy being inconvenienced and receiving shoddy work.

Wasn't happy coming out of this. Refusing a service is not the way to create a new patient relationship when coverage is 100% available.
