The doctors were nice. But the staff wrongly charged me $25 for my annual physical exam. Once I called them three times, and they directly hang my first two calls up. Finally for the 3rd time they picked it up and then told me they would check it and call me later. And then I waited 4 days with no call from them. I then called again, they said they couldn't refund me in check or cash, but can put the money into my UH patient account for my next-time use. Much time were wasted.

I had a very good experience here on a drop in visit.  They were able to see me quickly, over my lunch break and quickly diagnose my problem and get me back on my way.  Highly recommended!
