We were told by Dr. Shin's nurse at the UNM Regional Ctr. in Rio Rancho (Neurosurgical Clinic) that it will take 1 year and 3 months to get an appointment. We were advised to look somewhere else. No advice was given where else to look for treatment. Unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if I could due to unavailability of their services.

Calling to get a way deal with pain which hits 8 pts on the international pain scale. 6 -8 weeks before a pain specialist will even review the order is unacceptable.
