UNM Ortho repeatedly told me I would get a call from someone to schedule an appointment for my neck and back. I asked about this appointment 4 times at least while I was there for other appointments and was told that someone would call. Always "within 48 hours". I have yet to receive a call. My other experiences at the clinic have been pleasant but my spine is the most important element of my injuries so Im upset that I will possibly have to bounce around to different providers. If they would have told me they wouldnt be able to book me for a portion of my injuries I would have gone somewhere else that could have accommodated. Now, if I go somewhere else I have appointments at unmh AND this other place. Hopefully I will get word back soon.
