I cannot say enough good things about this store!! The staff are very nice and personable, and very well informed. They also do a great job of describing things in a way that non-car people can understand. Todd in particular is extremely professional and goes above and beyond-he helped me find a part for my older car online on his own time! Very grateful to have found this store. Highly recommend!

Very friendly. Speedy. Professional. They easily became my go to car mechanic in Athens, but as other have said their prices are steep. I had a hose come off of my radiator and to simply put it back on (takes loosening a clamp and then tightening it back down) they charged me over a $100. That hurt. Drove me to research how to fix things myself first before going to a mechanic. Been better ever since.

Very knowledgeable staff at this location. I don't trust many people with my car, but Hugh and Todd know their stuff. Juan and Josh are always extremely professional.

It can be hard to get in but the service is good, I suggest you make an appointment or take it in Saturday when they are walk-in only. They more or less did not rotate my tires as I requested with my oil change due to "noise concerns due to feathering" which is not a real reason to not rotate the tires but I called them out on it and they rotated them but it took up an extra 10-15 minutes of my time that was unnecessary.

Great staff, very informative and easy to talk to. Only downfall is that they are very pricey. If I would have done my research I would have gotten my back rotars replaced for around 100 bucks cheaper. I told them my brakes squeak and they said they fixed the problem but occasionally I can still hear them squeak when I stop and start. For the 300 bucks I spent on my brakes I expected better results.
