DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. My wife brought our car in because the "Check Engine" light was on. We were quoted $999.12 over the phone for the fix (***which was revised down to 921.66 when they were asked to provide the invoice***). NOTE THAT ONLY Top Dog cited the following engine error codes:

-P0128 (coolant thermostat operating below threshold)
-P0300 (random multiple misfire)
-P0303 (cylinder 3 misfire). 

Since the car had no noticeable problems while driving it, this didn't seem right. We took it to 3 other shops to run the diagnostics and ALL 3 FOUND ONLY CODE P0128. Top Dog refused to give us our money back for the "hour of labor" that took the other shops 5 minutes to do. They were also unable to explain how the other shops only reported 1 error as opposed to the 3 they found AND were unable to provide proof that they found the error codes they did, even though those records are supposedly stored in their system.

***To address what Top Dog said in their response below - which, by the way, is rude - we did not go to various shops until we "got the answer we wanted" -- we actually went to three different shops in less than an hour to see if Top Dog was really that dishonest of a business. ALL THREE SHOPS took 5 minutes, and ALL THREE SHOPS gave us THE EXACT SAME ANSWER: that we should simply replace the coolant. We did so. The car has been running great ever since. 

I feel that we were lied to and I'm glad we took our business elsewhere. If they didn’t lie to us, how is it that they were the ONLY shop out of 4 to find the 3 engine errors and the ONLY shop out of 4 that was unable to prove it?

Looking at the other reviews, I'd say "selective scammers" is accurate. Either they're not telling the truth or they don't know what they're doing.

I have a daughter that goes to UGA and I have searched repeatedly for an auto repair shop for her to take her car to for repairs. I have had her take her car into Top Dog Complete Auto Repair with very satisfying results. She has taken her car in on a day when she needed a ride and they willingly gave her a ride back to the University. Within 3-4 hours of diagnosing her vehicle, the office called us with an answer and estimate on each repair needing to be done to her vehicle. I authorized the work to be done on the vehicle and when the repairs were finished they went back to pick my daughter up at school. Since the repairs have been made we have had nothing but success with the way her vehicle has been running.

Never EVER do business here. I am not one to write reviews, but my experience here left me with literally nothing. Sadly, I lost $3000 worth of stuff in storage from mice and rusty water leaking through the unit roof. I only had stuff stored there for about a month or so.

They admit to having mice live on the property behind them. Because the mice live there, they cannot get rid of them. Meaning this is an ongoing problem that they cannot take care of. I must have left some snacks in a box on accident, which lured them into my unit. They ate and pooped on everything. Everything I owned was ruined, and mice were even found in my car from when I moved stuff that was not ruined (pic below).

This mice issue is out of their hands, but it will be left in yours. Even if you have insurance, you could lose everything. Not worth the risk. While they are not in the wrong for having mice, I don't want you to deal with mice too if you accidentally left a snack in a box. They ate through all of my plastic tubs, holes in my clothes, and nawed on my furniture searching for more. These things are destroyers.

The rust from the roof ruined a table and chair. Bummer.

You lose in the end. Pay the extra money to do storage in a place with less risk, and you will save money and headaches in the end. 

If Top Dog leaves a reply to this comment including photos, the photos are accurate. I trashed everything in their dumpsters and left some stuff outside the unit because it was raining and I was covered in mouse poop, and they gathered it all from the lot and dumpster to show I had food present. 

He said the units surrounding me were fine. Regardless, the mice ate more than food. It shows you low little they care about their customers when the customer lost everything. No business should leave snarky comments on a review where I am blaming the conditions of the storage not them. They apparently cant change those conditions, meaning it's not worth the risk. The rust, poop, and chewing risk is real and ruined my life by taking everything I had.

This place was honest, affordable and fast!!!
The mechanic made a quick and accurate diagnosis and didn't charge too much. I would definitely return if I need anything else fixed on my car!

My car needed a new starter so I was recommended to try this autoshop. Service was super quick with no problems and the employees were nice, so I recommend as well.
