BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I brought our Mercedes in to be serviced when we moved here last year and had a pretty normal/good experience. We then brought our truck in to have the four-wheel drive fixed. After paying in cash and going to get into the truck we realized everything from the backup camera/radio, our child's DVD player, tow strap, and first aid kit all were stolen. After filing a police report and going to drive off, the 4-wheel drive in fact was NOT FIXED. The owner didn't even bother to come to the shop and wouldn't call us. I went in Monday after this happened on a Friday and the shop owner was VERY RUDE and pointed to the sign they aren't liable for any of it, even their make believe work on the truck. I was also told they can continue to do work on the truck, but it would still cost us. At 8 months pregnant this jerk was not worth my time. For any other hardworking family, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

This is hands-down one of the best auto shops in Athens. The owner is so sweet, and they are all very good at what they do.
When I took my car in for a simple oil change, the owner found a fire safety hazard underneath my car. He explained the problem thoroughly, searched for a less expensive part to replace it, and repaired the issue the next day. He also gave me a special discount, which he really didn't have to do, but I appreciated it so much!
He assured me of the renewed safety of my car, and told me he would never let me drive out of his shop if he had the slightest inkling I could be at risk.

He's awesome. You should go there.

I've had work done at two other places in the neighborhood and these guys are my new mechanics. The staff was knowledgeable, took their time and explained everything clearly, they did solid work and priced it fairly. Highly recommend!
