Very friendly and helpful staff. Joon (sorry if I misspelled) is very knowledgeable about what his store sells. They have a huge selection of pet food. I haven't set foot in a large pet box store since I've been going here. They also have veterinary service occasionally on the weekends, which they advertise often.

Staff is usually pretty helpful. Lot of options for specialty food and raw options. They have a puppy training program and on Saturdays they have cat adoptions. Usually have a lot of coupons too, just have to ask.
