Have been bring my dog here for years and he loves them !!
They always do a great job and they treat you  (and your pet) like "one of the family". Great Staff and great facility !!!

I have been coming here for well over a year now. My second dog seems to like the call of the wild salmon flavor dog food and that is not something that you can buy at target so I come here.

It is located in a parking lot on the corner of Orange and Carson and there is plenty of parking. The place is kind of small and tucked away in the corner but it has plenty of room for specialized food and things of that nature.

You can come here and wash your own dog as well which is kind of cool. I have not tried that particular service here yet but I am sure I will someday. The self service dog wash is convenient and they even offer a deal to people that are unemployed and out of work which is kind of cool.

The prices are a little bit spendy but this is the good stuff and you do pay for the good stuff. The service has always been excellent and the people working behind the counter are always very friendly.

Another bonus is that they keep track of how many bags of food you buy and the mark it down every time you come in. Once you buy a certain amount of bags they hook you up with a free one which is a nice touch.

My rating is a one star because I just recently went to use their self doggie wash facilities and was informed when I arrived at 3:15pm (They close at 4:00pm) that their self-doggie wash service closes at 3:00pm!!!!  The employees told me that if I wantes to pay for a professional wash that they could accomodate me.  Really?  If I wanted to spend more money the time fram until 4:00pm was fine, hut because I wanted to wash my dog myself, that would not be allowed.  Again, really? I was furious because I live in Manhattan Beach and drove all the way over to Bixby knolls because their prices were reasonable!   After being denied access, and being told that the self-washing option ended at 3:pm, I looked on their website and saw NOTHING that states that they close the self -washing doggie facilites at 3:00pm.  I will NOT endorse this facility anymore!  I think the two employees who were there, just wanted to leave early.!  I plan to call the owner asap to complain!!!!

Bixby Knolls Launderpet is a great place to buy food and treats, as well as a good groom. This is only place I can find Taste of the Wild, a dry dog food with nutrients and taste that my picky poodles love. Recommended by their knowlegeable staff, this food does not flare my female's allergies. I am very pleased with the groomer I have now and would like to delete my comments from last year, but unable to figure out how to do. Until I do, this will have to suffice. Many thanks to the staff.
