Worse and most degrading customer service ever. I'll admit when I shop I am not a talker. Came in looking for a sweater for my puppy. I didn't see anything I liked in their regularly priced section. I found the clearance section and found a sweater that I liked. The customers being served before us were treated with such special attention.  Ian Thomas asked for their email so they could be placed on the email list to receive discounts. Ian asked for the dogs birth date and Ian gave the customer samples. Such a wonderful display of customer service! I got up to the counter and wasn't asked for any information so I could get discounts. My peasant money was taken. I wasn't  given the great speech about grain free treats nor offered any. It wasn't till I inquired that he tried miserably to make it seem like he was going to. I declined. It's terrible that your associate made it so clear that we were not welcome.
Will never ever shop there again.

Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous service. I was allowed to return a product which didn't help my dog, then  purchased another, with the same assurance. Fortunately, this product DID help tremendously. Thank you so much!

Groomers and other members of the staff are great with pets. Appointments are on time and completed in a timely manner. A large variety of specialty food, snacks, grooming care and clothes.

Really nice higher end pet shop.  The staff are friendly, and they have a decent selection.
