First visit here and the staff was super friendly. They made sure we were able to find what we were looking for and answered questions we had. We'll definitely visit again.

My family visited the store last night and was easily able to find multiple choices of exactly what we were looking for.  The store owners were friendly, courteous and helped us decide which toy would be the best purchase for our dog.  
Our dog has not put the toy down since we brought it home last night. Though I had never seen anything like it before, it has been an amazing toy.  
Thank you for making my dog so happy; we will definitely be back for more unique, yet amazing toys!

I just stopped in whole visiting family in the area-- I love this place! Pet wash station was beautiful, clean, super stocked and private-- only $15! I wish there was better water pressure, but not a single other complaint. Employees were friendly and helpful, location is accessible and hours are reasonable. They did recommend calling ahead to book the washroom, because apparently they are fairly booked up (I got lucky!).

Great knowledge of products and service. Awesome toys and food selection. Everything is fairly pricey but for the quality it is worth it on most products. Go here if your pet has specific dietary needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of treats for your pet, and you can buy a single item to try it out rather than an entire bag.
