I love this place. They helped me pick out my fish and stuff for my dog. You can tell the staff really cares.

As I entered the store, I was greeted by a cashier, and she helped direct me and my friend to the right place where we needed to buy what we need. Which, in this case, was a laser pointer. The cats here are super adorable and need a home, so also a good place to adopt.

Great service, my dog loves walking through this store. The people are very helpful and friendly even if I'm just training my pups and not buying any thing.

I took my dog to the grooming salon. I made an appointment. They had my dog for 4 hours. When I picked him up he was wet except for his back, I paid extra to have his nail ground so his nails would be short without him getting hurt. It appears that they only cut them. Very dissatisfied with the service I received for the price I was charged. I have no idea what they did for 4 hours! I called spoke to Matt, I explained what happened and my dissatisfaction. Matt was willing to make another appointment to have his nails redone and a touch up on his grooming (not sure I understand what a touch up groom is) at no charge. The appointment was made with the grooming manager. I will follow up on this review to let you all know the outcome.

Good store and always stocked. Staff is very helpful and friendly, highly recommended.
