Ordered a mattress and bed in the 6 the to be delivered. Still not here. Very poor communication and follow up. Everytime I call I get a different story and timeline. Cancelling my order. Very disappointed!

Update down below: it was bad. went to buy a Trio Pub table set, we inspected it if it was in good condition. one the one side of the table top edge it was cracked and chipped off. waited for a week for a new one but it was the same table and it was "fix". the workers placed filler and painted over it. we were waiting for a "new one" for a week. told then for a new table. waited another week. this one was a new one, table looked good but the other parts had some dents. when installing the table...the leg joint went cut right, two legs arnt touching the bottom of the table only where there screwed on. i can slide a credit card in there 2 card in the other. chairs were fine till it was time to screw the sit. the screws were to short that only poke it. a 40mm is to short for the whole that was made you need a 60mm for it can screw in. build quality was half assed Update: 2/22/2017 I decided to sand and re-stain the tri table top do to water going through the stain finish to the wood making it expand and this is what i noticed that the Trio Pub table set is made with CHEAP wood, MDF as the main wood with thin wood strips A table made with these material would be sold for at least $80 to $100 but for $300? My bed is made out of 99% more wood then the table and it was about $150

Horrible customer service, Corporate is doing an awful job with customer retention. I am stuck with a very uncomfortable chair and of course now it is purchased, 10 days after, they will absolutely now return it or even exchange for something that I, the customer, will enjoy better. You would think that by meeting my small request would ensure that I would be a return customer. Just stay away from this place, there are many other furniture stores that have way better customer care -and absolutely do not use their crooked financial company "Crest", they are just as bad! Two horrible companies working together. Stay sane and going somewhere else.
