My husband and I just got back from buying a mattress set. We were surprised at how easy the process was. Julian helped us and he was very knowledgeable  . We told him our price range and what we had in mind. He asked us several questions about our sleep styles and pain issues. He did not try to sell us the most expensive item but listened to our needs and helped keep us within our budget. He was not a pushy salesperson, thankfully. We felt like we could easily walk out buying nothing but we did because the deal was too good to pass up and the mattress is high quality.  We purchased the Sofia Plush Queen. We are very happy with our experience. I will be back again for a mattress for my son.

We've always been so overwhelmed with TOO MUCH information when shopping for a mattress, yet Octavio made it simple and easy to understand.  So much so, that we felt confident that we have made the best decision.  SO glad we went to Banner Mattress - our experience was great:  Super fast delivery, excellent customer service and extremely efficient communication.  I HIGHLY recommend Banner Mattress....you will feel very  taken care of.

Banner Mattress in Rancho Cucamonga Store # 24 is a well known family owned business I very highly recommend. I was shopping for an adjustable bed due to my back & neck issue. My salesman, Julian was very helpful in helping me choose the right fit for me. I shopped at many larger "chain mattress stores " but Julian was very personable & helpful. I will refer Banner Mattress to my family and friends. I'm a very happy customer!

I could not imagine having a better experience. I needed to buy 3 mattresses and I purchased 3 excellent mattresses at a great price.

Jeremy and Julian were outstanding salesmen. They were very professional and great to work with. They try and find the best product that meets your needs and budget. They are very knowledgeable about all their products and give you the best price possible.

Also, when it comes to service the same day or next day delivery is not only expedient but is convenient when it comes to scheduling your time.

I highly recommend Banner Mattress and give them and Jeremy/Julian 5 stars!

These guys are seriously great. They offer great mattresses at affordable prices and they're more than helpful when it comes to choosing a mattress and working with you financially. Jeremy was really helpful and I felt really comfortable talking to him and working with him. I didn't feel pushed to buy or anything. I left and came back so. It was really nice and easy 👍
