Good food and ambience. Stopped in randomly while hanging out in downtown Winter Garden. It’s a perfect blend of bar and restaurant with great food and drink options. Definitely try their specialty old fashioned. Eating GF was easy as well.
Very delicious food. Christian was very friendly and helpful. My husband got the meatloaf and it was so tasty. I got the Hawaiian flat bread since I love spicy and pineapples. We both enjoyed our meals.
This was another accidental find as i was walking downtown Winter Garden. This bar and grill for sure embodies a contemporary feel, very high end feeling. I was surprised that they played county music on the radio here. The service and attitude of ALL the staff was excellent. Now, had i took a closer look at the menu outside, I'd probably found a different place to eat. This is not your typical bar food. Their sandwiches floated around $13 and their entrees were $20 and up. I opened for the greek salad. It was VERY visually appealing and tasted great, but none of the salads had a protein option unfortunately. Food came out quickly and tasted good. Unfortunately, the price point of this restaurant will probably keep me from coming here often, but I'd be up for returning with my wife on a date night. My greek salad with tea was $17.56 My only reason for not giving it 4 stars overall was just because of the price point of the menu. Parking: Street parking was very limited, but there's a public parking garage behind the building.
Great location and friendly staff, but subpar food. After thoroughly investigating good American restaurants in the area I found myself here for a family dinner. Reservations can be made in advance over the phone. For appetizers, the mushroom mac and cheese was good but very salty, and the Mediterranean flatbread while tasty was more like a pizza heavy toppings. As for entrees .. The chimichurri beef was ordered as medium well but came predominantly raw, and the flavours weren't satisfying. The fish tacos were super underwhelming, not having a good sauce base, not enough veggies, and the corn tortillas were simply undercooked and quickly turned soggy. The Moroccan lamb was ok but had a small meat portion for the high price. For their signature urban salad, they ran out of spring mix and gave us romaine lettuce instead we were told in advance which made the salad unexciting and basic. The pastrami sandwich came with lots of meat and the dips were good, but it was extremely salty. Drinks were high price and ok. Overall, I personally wouldn't dine here again, but would perhaps come for just drinks and apps.
Great food in a nice environment with indoor and outdoor seating. The fish tacos are great. Fun drink selection. The spinach dip is so delicious!
Good food and good drinks. Hostess was pleasant. Had grass-fed burger. Nevertheless, the buns were a bit cold and fell apart. Korean Bulgogi tacos, black and white chips, were good, and so was the Tamarind Rita.
It was Sunday night and I was by myself. It seemed to be a quiet night for them. I ordered the Blackberry Lemonade and the Shakshuka. My Bourbon drink came out relatively quick, as the bar was full of people. It was a perfect blend of flavors. Now, my sister has Shakshuka often, so I decided to try it. It was ok, for me. It did not look like the egg was cooked in a depression in the tomato mix. But, the egg center was still runny, so that was good. It was a bit over spicy for me, so I took it home for the family. Instead, I ordered the Roasted Beet Salad. When it arrived, I was a bit shocked. I thought there would be more beets and be more of a beet salad with arugula, not the other way around. The beets were also hot, not cold as I expected. The flavor of the beets was good and the arugula with goat cheese and roasted pistachios was very tasty. I would definitely order it again, even though it wasn't what I expected. Overall, I will probably come back to try other things.
My wife extensively looked at reviews and selected Urban for our lunch on the way home. We ate outside near the street but the traffic wasn't a distraction. Got to see lots of people biking by and in golf carts without a visible license plate. Both the ahi tuna tacos and my burger were cooked and presented correctly. My only thought is that the burger needs to be thinner - it was a real mouthful as served.
Urban never disappoints! Today I decided to try their seasonal sangria. WOW, it was delicious, very refreshing, and festive as well. Perfect for and Florida Christmas! Chicken and waffle was also delicious this place is always satisfying Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
