Didn't realized I needed an appointment, but it didn't matter. Richard Cowley at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and got me exactly what I needed in only a few minutes. If you're able, be sure to make an appointment, but regardless the employees at this location are incredibly nice and helpful!

Customer service used to be very good at this location. They have now gone to online questions and answers. I understand the need to be more efficient but the lack of personal touch and waiting months for and appointment time are difficult. They should still have a person dedicated to printing up tax transcripts and answering easy questions.

One person working during the daytime... it's not so easy to take off work to be here. Don't plan on coming here unless prepared to wait for hours on end. Joke of an institution.

I worked with Richard C at the front desk. He was amazing. He helped me and was very fast, and professional about everything and didn't give me the runaround you would expect from a government office. If every IRS, DMV, and other government place was treated and helped the way I was by Richard, this country would be a better place.

It's a joke trying to get a live person on the phone. I went to there location to get my transcript stamped they told me I had to make an appointment they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks finally I showed up and as I was checking in I was asked what I was there for the receptionist said oh I can do that for you. It's absolutely worst organization I've ever seen
