I don't know what has changed in the last six months but I've had so many of my packages delivered to other neighbors who thankfully bring me my mail. Some mail I never receive. It's constantly delivered elsewhere and now I'm getting other people's mail. I've even had mail with my address written perfectly on it returned to sender 3 times. I don't know what's going on but I hope it gets fixed. I want to avoid a PO box but I know that will probably be what I have to do.

I got to the post office at 4:27 and rang the bell for service (this is not a full service post office and you have to ring a bell to get someone from the back to come out and help you if you have a package to pick up). After four minutes of standing there waiting and listening to people talk behind the door, someone finally came out and said to me and the other people standing in line that they close at 4:30 and we'd have to come back tomorrow.. Really?? Absolutely absurd. To top it off, when I got home my mailbox was filled with my neighbor's mail. This happens several times a month. This is the worst post office ever. It should either be made a full service post office or be shut down completely.

Clean very helpful and friendly employees. All the ppl I have spoken with in and around Moore are exceptional.

Stupidest people I’ve lost so much mail and packages because of them I wish we could have a different service

Got new key for mailbox and the guy who helped me was nice and patient with me.
