Looks like I wasn’t the only one getting the wrong mail. 

Sometimes when I buy things online, they always find their way to my neighbors, who often OPEN my packages and leave them opened in my front lawn. I often get their bills too and I often lose my bills too. I’ve filed complaints to which they replied that they would “mark it as priority” and “make sure this would never happen again”, but day after day, history repeats itself. They either need to get better workers who pay attention to detail or just close their office altogether.

Started going to this location years ago. By my experience, it's faster and more customer friendly than other locations I have been to.

I don't know why this has low ratings! I came here today for the first time and Doug helped me, he was seriously the nicest post office worker I've ever encountered and I am there about once a month. He was knowledgeable and he helped me figure out my issues. I had zero issues.

They will update your tracking as delivered but hasn’t even been sorted for delivery yet and they openly admit to doing it... and they can’t even deliver it to the right house

Go to any other post office but this location. Wanted to ship something internationally and even filled out my custom forms online so they're easier to read for staff. Got in line and got to the lady by 4:45. She refused to process it because "it has to be typed into my system 30 min before we close" aka "it's the end of the day and I don't want to work." If that's the case then close at 4:30 not 5 or advertise that employees stop doing work 30 minutes early.
