I don't know why this has low ratings! I came here today for the first time and Doug helped me, he was seriously the nicest post office worker I've ever encountered and I am there about once a month. He was knowledgeable and he helped me figure out my issues. I had zero issues.

Go to any other post office but this location. Wanted to ship something internationally and even filled out my custom forms online so they're easier to read for staff. Got in line and got to the lady by 4:45. She refused to process it because "it has to be typed into my system 30 min before we close" aka "it's the end of the day and I don't want to work." If that's the case then close at 4:30 not 5 or advertise that employees stop doing work 30 minutes early.

If I could make a post with zero stars I would. They lie and say they missed you when they really never came to deliver just stick a card in the mailbox because they to lazy to bring it to the door, why do I need to come to the post office to get my mail that's what they get paid for!

Does any one work at this post office they NEVER answer the phone,the mail man is a complete idiot they never can deliver your mail to you I always get my neighbors mail,I should get paid to deliver the mail I do it so much!!! This post office needs to be closed down obviously the people they have working there don't DO their job!!! I've have came home and found my mail on the ground,called and was on hold for over 45 min!!!  Post office on south Penn YOU SUCK!!!!!!

My mail always end up somewhere else and i always end up with someone mail. This is really sad they can't get this right. Someone needs to be fired or something.I've called constantly asking can they make sure they bring my mail to my home and they still get it wrong.
