The postal workers have terrible attention to detail. I recently moved into my home and filled out a card specifically stating the names of the individuals whose packages and mail can be delivered here. I continuously still have mail delivered, even when the address isn't right, with the names of the people who used to live here. Just the other day a package WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ADDRESS was put in my mailbox. I left it there for them to pick back up with the address at the forefront of the mailbox so they can see it was a mistake. Not only did the post office give the people who the package belongs to the address they mistakenly delivered it to, after they had picked it back up, the people decided to PHYSICALLY stop by my house to ask about it. And now, two days later USPS delivered a package (rightfully mine) but also knocked on my door to ask about the erroneously delivered package. 

Get it together. I'm incredibly annoyed I've now been disturbed twice about this due to the mail carriers mistake.

Never have an issue with packages being delivered. Our driver is a very nice lady who always walks the packages to the door and knocks and waits for someone to answer.as for the office there have never been any issues ! It's always quick and easy

Too lazy to walk packages up to the door, so they balanced them on the open door of my mail box on the street. A couple of times they didn't leave the packages, even though it says to leave them on the package, probably because they were a little larger and they couldn't balance them in the open door. When I went to the post office, the guy working said he would "talk to her" referring to the lady who delivers in our neighborhood. So many of our letters are lost, we cannot have our sons birthday cards with money or checks in them sent to our house because they won't make it. So many letters don't get to us, I try to give the mail to the neighbors when I get it. The mail is so mixed up, I literally received Braums payroll checks from 5 miles away.

Can someone please tell the idiot male mail carrier that delivered mail in Deerfield today November 26 that the packages go up on the porch not behind the dang car bumpers in the driveways? We have enough problems with people stealing mail from the mailboxes let alone halfway assist the thief in getting it to their car for one and if we don’t see it before we back out running it over someone is going to be responsible for replacing it and it won’t be us.

I never receive my packages for my business! The  postal service  can ever tell me why, they just keep telling me " I don't know".  This place is horrible!
