I am only reviewing the mail carrier at the place I work.  He is awesome!  Always cheerful and smiling.  One of the best parts of my day.  However, if he takes a vacation day, we have actually not had mail delivered that day or I've seen a substitute mail carrier wandering around our building.  I am editing my post to address the Britton post office.  There is one particular guy in there, don't know his name, but he actually scolded me one day for picking up certified mail supplies that they have out for customers to take.  Told me to order them online!!  Who are they there for if not customers?  Very rude way he addressed me.  Second item, when we have a substitute delivering our mail, sometimes he doesn't arrive until 4:45 PM or later IF AT ALL.  Seriously, sometimes he doesn't even show up!  Why is this acceptable?

Piss poor attitudes, package may sit in rear of post office, unsorted up to two days. Mr.Hall, was very unprofessional, in that I asked about my package and was told that" I sign for a thousand pkgs a day ,don't know if it's back there" and walked away. I was then told that, it was at the post office (at 11 am), but that it wouldn't be sorted til the next day. What do they do from 11 til 4pm. This post office needs new management, and some new associates. Or just remind them that they are public servants that are payed pretty good to perform third services.

I left mail out 4 days straight to be mailed off the maul carrier never picked it up. Now im new down here but when i talked to her she told me if ahe don't have mail for my address she don't stop so if i had anything going out hang it on the outside of the mailbox i did that and still didn't get picked up this is day 4 ago now my rent will be late

Regular carrier is wonderful, sub today was a jerk. Door was locked for safety. I heard him try the door so went to unlock it. He had already driven to the next business in our complex. Thinking he might have had something too large to drop in our box, I ran to catch him at our box. Guess he didn't see or hear me, so I waited in the parking lot while he made the other delivery in our complex, knowing he would pass right by me. I saw him coming and raised my arm and waved. He looked right at me and sped up, literally passing six feet from me. Total jerk. If the USPS ever gets privatized, maybe then he will get a wake up call about being a decent, polite human being. People working for private companies get fired for such bad customer service.

Honestly at this point why do they still have post  office ! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MAIL IN A MONTH!! WE PUT THE PAPER CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN 2 WEEKS BEFORE WE MOVED. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE IT ON FILE SO WE PAID THE 23 BUCKS TO DO IT ONLINE ! STILL NOTHING!! I HAVE LOGGED ONLINE IT SAYS MY INFO IS WRONG ! WHICH I DONT KNOW HOW SINCE IT AUTO POPULATES FROM THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME!!  I HAVE VIDEO SHOWING IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 2HR 26 MIN AND THEN IT HANGS UP ON ME. IF YOU WORK M-S LIKE ME YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE OFF WORK TO STAND IN LINE TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT YOUR ISSUES. BUT IT ALSO MEANS WE WONT HAVE ANY OF OUR CHRISTMAS PACKAGES WE ORDERED OR ANY OF OUR FAMILIES CHRISTMAS CARDS MAILED TO US. THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL SOME WAY SOME HOW AND I WILL FIND A WAY TO SUE !! 
Update: we still havent received any mail.we moved in November 10th of 2017 . We have proof it's being mailed to us. But unfortunately we are not receiving anything,  not even the free advertising papers that go to current residence. Our names are in our mailbox but still bone dry.
