We haven't gotten our mail in 3 months because our mailbox is damaged and the reason why it's damaged is because whoever it is delivering the mail keeps hitting our mailbox. I remember one of the female drivers hit it and when she pulled away to go to the next house and had to come back and knocked on our door asking for a screwdriver so she could put it back up because she knocked it off. So when I go to call to see why we aren't getting our mail I got an 800 number to call and they gave me the direct number to the postal office and I call and they don't answer. So I'm not very happy about 3 months is a long time for not getting our mail

Absolute worst.  Once again I'm not getting my mail and now they, which happens every month or so.  I complain and all of the sudden I receive all the misplaced mail and late mail.  I've had to pay several late fees because they didn't deliver my business mail.  Now they set up this 800 number so you can't even contact them to tell them what a lousy job they do.  Very sly.  I've been trying to contact them for an hour now, and the only reason I'm holding on is so I can complete their useless survey.  BJ Miller, 216.9910

Call the listed number? 

No one EVER answers. 

8am? 4 employees at the service counter when there are NO customers. After 1pm? Bring a book to read because you will stand in line for 20-40 minutes to get to a counter because those four employees are tag teaming lunch breaks and in the busiest part of the day.....only two clerks are ever available. 

My mail is being regularly delivered to other address on my street. A neighbor kid can show up on any given day with MY mail and packages

I rate the Post Office 3 because they are under staffed.
 There is ALWAYS A LINE!! 
The employees are great and very helpful. They are friendly and fast. THEY JUST NEED MORE HELP.

Extremely friendly clerk #13 was awesome to talk with and the prices are so affordable! Love this place.
