I would give ZERO stars if I could. The elderly woman I interacted with was SO RUDE, I was stunned. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. She gave me one "lesson" after another about how I should ask for and say things. She was degrading me for her on pleasure. I am a very polite person and I had a prepaid package. I only asked for some tape and that was the wrong thing to do apparently. Not at my regular post office, just at THIS one. I should have been in and out! Her supervisor and coworkers witnessed it and no one stopped it. I don't know what is going on at this place, but that woman should have be fired immediately! I would never allow my employee to treat anyone the way she does. Do NOT recommend this post office, avoid it like the plague!
in the last 3 weeks i’ve have shipped out 4 packages that never made it to transit, I went inside to speak with someone about it a couple days ago and they basically told me there was nothing that can be done. i would recommend going to a different post office or going inside to make sure that they’re actually scanning in your packages because at this point it just seems like someone is stealing them. so not only are my things missing but they were incredibly unhelpful with a solution, no wonder this place has 2 stars.
The white woman with glasses is extremely rude and you can’t miss her because she’s the only white rude woman who works there in the front. I bought the wrong shipping label and I didn’t know. She sort of yelled at me, “You can’t put that on there!” Yeah she said that without giving me a reason why or how to fix my mistake. She’s very very rude and disrespectful
I couldn't believe how fast that line was. I remember waiting for 30 minutes in similar lines with my mom at the post office. I was in and out in 5 minutes including the time spent in line. And i had to go through the line twice. Seems like some employees deserve a raise here.
Have gone in multiple times and left for a different post office due to the rude, aggressive behavior of one of the people behind the counter. My wife thought I was crazy, but has now had similar experiences. Just drive to a different one; they aren’t helpful or pleasant - also their grievance with you is based on them being lazy. The operating procedures here are not standard and depend on their desire to do their job.
Can't reach anyone by phone, we have not gotten a single shred of mail not even junk mail since moving here in the beginning of the month. I've seen the mail carrier walking delivering mail to the neighbors, it's pretty clear with 2 vehicles in the drive that someone now lives here again, yet ZERO MAIL. I even changed my address as soon as we moved, I haven't gotten a SINGLE thing!
Dead slow but after dealing with the employees I see why. When a customer tells an employee thank you, the correct response is you're welcome. Customers reach over you without saying excuse me. This location isn't it!
This place is a joke. They never have the supplies that you need. When you ask a question no one responds. They simply walk away. One person has been terminated for that issue. Another one, an older gentleman, needs to be terminated as well for his lack of customer service skills. I literally asked him if he had a certain type of envelope and he walked off. Unbelievable. The lack of customer service at these post office locations is truly pathetic. If you can't treat your customers with dignity and respect, then you should not have a job in customer service. No wonder more people you are using UPS and FedEx. The post office is going bankrupt and this is why.
So. Rude. I simply went in to purchase a cushion mailer and mail off my package with the smart label that I had already printed off my package was a return. I hadn’t attacked the smart label yet because I had to purchase the cushion mailer first. I gave my package to the worker and she said “You gonna need to purchase you some tape to take that label on.” I obviously just assumed that SHE could simply tape the label on there for me.....I mean it’s a post office, they have tape!! I was completely caught off guard and just paid for my mailer and left. It’s reasons like this that the post offices are going out of business. I literally had just got done defending them to my husband who was saying UPS was better. Well, I definitely agree with him now!
Never been to post office before and was trying to mail off my phone for repair. Told the lady I had no idea what I'm doing and she points me towards the labels and boxes. Trying to find a label and she's making comments like its right in your face. So I walked out. Worse customer service I've experienced honestly.
