I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! The USPS IS the WORST mail service on the entire planet! HOW DO YOU LOSE MY MAIL on SEVERAL occasions!!! Your drivers are no better either! THE MOST LAZIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN! YOUR DRIVERS DON'T EVEN BRING MY PACKAGES TO MY DOOR instead they just drive away and have the next days driver do it! OR! LEAVE THE STUPID "WE MISSED YOU THING IN THE MAILBOX" YOU GUYS ARE UNREAL, WILL NEVER USE YOU GUYS AGAIN, YOU SUCK! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE A GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SIGN IN THE WINDOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Oakland, NJ post office is the worst post office ever.  The workers seem completely miserable and take it all out on customers.  There is one female worker who seems to be beyond any hope in terms of emerging from her misery.  I’ve seen innocent customers, myself included, being treated like children, getting yelled at for the most ridiculous things.  Forget it if someone wants to renew their passport here.  It’s way too much work for them to be bothered with.  I’ve done a pretty good job at avoiding this post office, luckily.  It’s well worth going to another post office in a surrounding town because the workers know how to treat people like adults.  Avoid this place!  I’ve been to many other post offices, and I can’t say I’ve ever encountered such terrible service elsewhere.

Not sure of the name of the guy I talked to but wow was he ignorant. Acted like I knew nothing about the postal service when my mother was a postmaster for 30+ years. Treated me like a total moron and refused to answer my questions while constantly talking ovwr me. He SHOULD NOT be allowed to deal with the public.

Absolute worst customer service. I am a mail carrier myself and I can't believe the way this man talked to me!!!! Priority shipping is TWO day shipping. He tries telling me there is never a time that you know your package will be there, it will just show up when it gets to you. WRONG!!!! Customers of USPS pay MORE for priority shipping to get it the THIER customer on time!!! He talked to me like I was a idiot and had such a smart tone I thought it was a recording at first. Considering not even buying from the person who lives there because I don't want to ever deal with this post office again. He also tried telling me that there's no way to tell where my package is. WRONG again!!! There should be a scan at every location. In and out. I know these things because I do this for a living. Did I mention my package was supposed to be here yesterday? I know I know yesterday was Columbus Day so I gave it a extra day. Last place my package was scanned was Oakland NJ so where should I call? Ding ding ding snooty supervisor that answered my call, your post office. The last people to scan it.
