I find it embarrassing for the USPS, (a United States Government Agency) to operate in the manner that this location does. I cannot imagine how a local government agency does not know some basic things when asked a question, and can be so nasty. Many days my packages are ignored and not even picked up when delivering the mail to my home. Andrea is the only one there who seems pleasant and knows how to run this agency. The clerk representatives are all rude and make you feel as though you are an inconvenience to them. After all, is it not the taxpayer who in the end is providing for their jobs and paychecks. I do not like to even step foot in this place. It so sad to see people so miserable day after day. Perhaps they should seek out another profession.

They stole my macbookair. The branch does not have any security cameras so their employees feel free to steal what they want. I hope USPS either close this branch or terminate everyone and hire new people and add security cameras.

Hilariously rude people. There is one black lady who goes out of her way to be nasty. I place two packages down on the counter with a smile on my face, and she just death stares at my eyes for literally 5 full seconds. Then she argued that I can't ship these and would not give a valid reason. They were shipped flat rate, but the packages weren't "flat" so she wouldn't take them LOL. Okay lady. 

I'm not even going to argue with such a sad person like this. This post office is full of these characters and it is a disgrace to Totowa.

Great location, but you are always running your luck as to the kind of experience you'll have. They are either very helpful, or miserable to the point of frustration!
