The female tellers are rude and grumpy.  Very bad customer service, not friendly at all.  With all the benefits that they have they should deliver better service .  I have no other choice since my work is in hackensack and we always have to send certified packages

So I come to the post office with 6 boxed of different dimensions towering over my head and I greeted by a line of people and even before I can make it to the Counter here is the postoffice counter worker yelling across the line telling me that if these are all prepaid that I can just leave them at the at a window without them been scaned I proceed to tell her I need them scanned only to be comfronted with a smart remark saying I can only scan three at a time. So she go on to attend the person at the counter after she said that. So now I'm up to the Counter mind you I have 6 boxes towering over my head and I go as far as separating them into 3''s since she said she can only do 3 at a time so she doesn't give me a chance an call another lady from the back who tells me I need a Form of some kind I ask her where do I get this form she tells me from whoever is shipping this well I'm the shipper and I have no such form and she's telling me I need a form I ask her where do I get it meanwhile she's not letting g me get one word in she tell's me not to get excited when Im trying to explain that it's an online site and they don't provideo me with such form. But anyways I start to speak o er her since she is Not listening to what I'm trying to relate to her she go's on to say I've been wor king here 24 years and you have to listen to me. Meanwhile any and Every other post office has never treated me in such a manner this place needs new people working there since it's taking the characters of those who work there. The Post Office lost lots of business when email came out and we're at verge of closing and now that online sales is booming and save their behind's you would think you would get better service. But I'm guessing POSTOFFICE WORKERS DON'T WANT TO WORK THEY WANT A EASY CHECK SAD SINCE MY POSTMAN IS GREAT AT HIS JOB JOB JOB JOB.
PSPeople just don't want to do their Jobs anymore

Staff by the name of Walter appears privileged, he has a prited sign that says “yo jo hablo español” He was rude to me and my parent when we approached his window; refused to ask his co worker if they had the funds to change a money order; he in fact stated “you can ask them yourself” His unprofessional approach needs to be addressed.
