Made 0 effort to deliver my package and said my receptacle was blocked. the package is too large for my mail box anyhow so i am not sure why they wouldn't leave it on my steps or give me a card saying come get my package at the post office. the phone number is 100% automated and has no operator feature making it completely impossible to contact. Worst experience ever with USPS

Wow!  I would certainly agree with the unfriendly service of a gentleman (if thats what we want to call him) that works there.
Not personable and made NO effort to be helpful.  Customer service skills were nonexistent and he was down right rude.  A friend in the lobby can corroborate the story. They should transfer him to a behind-the-scenes job if they must keep him as an employee.

They close five min early most of the time and 4pm is way to early for a typical customer.   Why can't my po box be accessible after hours it's locked what gives??

One of the guys in there needs to stop being so grumpy. If he doesn't like people he has the wrong job.
