They aren't great at their service, that's true, but they're stuck at one of the worst jobs at the city. You can't blame them. I think that for the type of job they do, they do an okay job.

Poor mail service. Skittish drivers who don't even attempt package delivery or fail to leave non-delivery receipts! Worst customer service at the desk, rude and generally apathetic.

Always a great customer service experience when I go in! As a frequent shipper, I have never had any issues with packages arriving on time. The tracking information is always updated within 12 hours, too. This place is great, and I love doing business with them!

Horrible service.  With signs posted both inside and outside, in several places, to get your passport here, I was unable to do so twice in the same day!  The first time they told me they were short staffed but that someone would be back at 12:15.  I went back at 1, waited in line for 20 minutes, only to be told they stop doing passports at 1!
