I have always found the folks there - and I think I can name a few -  Grover, Catherine, Della, just three of them and there are at least three more - to be very helpful, very friendly and to go the extra mile. The only trouble at times is that they are short-staffed, which is not their doing.  Five-stars for the staff we see at that post office!

I have a business package of samples need to ship back to Florida before I keep driving north to Canada.  I noticed the usps flat rate box seal was not strong actually it seemed not able to hold the sample. I asked if I might use the USPS priority tapes. The lady told me the package would be ok, when I kept asking for the tape again she obviously seemed get irritated and told me the post office was not suppose to provide tapes. 

Hello I'm asking for USPS PRIORITY TAPE to make the usps flat rate box strong enough to hold my stuff. Go fedex or ups.  I guess that's why usps never would compete with those

My family went there to find out about getting a passport. They didn't know that you needed an appointment, probably our fault, but the woman they spoke to was incredibly RUDE to them about it!  There is no need to be rude to people just because they made a mistake!  Will NEVER go to the Brunswick PO again!

They continually misdirect packages. You pay for 2 day shipping and all you get is a run-a-round. When you call they are not very helpful and customer service; definitely a foreign language. All I as for is assistance in resolving the issue. I can see why the USPS is in the condition it's in.

My package for my baby has been sitting there and i can't get it. It shouldn't take this long to forward a package from topsham to brunswick.
