I  tried to deliver some mail bills that had to be send out today. Unable to mail it because post office is not open. When hours in front of the door says its supposed to be opened Tuesdays. WHY HAVE HOURS IF IT'S NOT OPEN.

Supposed to open 10-3 I arrived at 10:20am and was not open doors were locked

Aight ,i gave this place a few shots 1 day they closed 1hr early ,today its an 1hr lunch ,cool ,im an ebay seller ans gonna start coming in with a skunk spray bottle  gonna put the place outta buisness it really irritates me ,so employee gonna have a hard time lol goodluck

This place is very convenient. The parking can be an issue at times because the lot isn't that big to accommodate the other businesses customers. This post office is only open on weekdays and not weekends. There's one particular employee who works there and she seem to be the only one. I have seen another woman there before, but not again... Maybe she was a fill in for that day? Anyway, the regular female worker always speaks to me, but when it comes to having an issue, she's not the best at it. She can be impatient and come off as bothered that she has to do something extra. I have seen the break sign in the window as others have commented, but as I stated at the beginning, I believe she's the only one who works in the front. Yes, the customer service definitely 100% need improvement. Overall, I give this location 3 stars.

Very bad customer service! As soon as I walked in she said “hurry up cuz I’m on my lunch break” and was in such a rush.

if i could leave this place no stars i would the employees there are horrible! even when you talk nice they take forever to come up to the front and when they do they huff and puff as if they are sooooo busy! i can see the employee coming to the front desk with food in her mouth and once i waited 10mins for someone to come out i rang the bell and the lady that is always there! came to the front really pissed and started yelling at me that i needed to wait because she was busy in the back but you could see she wasn't doing much but stuffing her face. The only reason i come here is because it's right around the corner i would rather avoid this place and go further away.You need to hire and better staff in this location we need this facility here just not the attitude they get paid to be there and we are the ones that keep them employed by going to this location they need to remember that if people stop going here then i guess they lose out on a job for poor attitude!

The worse service that I get from USPS. That is why they are dying.

Fax not available here so had to mail documents. Lady was very rude when I asked questions about tracking confirmation. Used fowl language under her breath. I honestly have never seen such unprofessional conduct from anyone. No one else in line so she must of had some issue .

I would love to leave a positive review or no review at all but I have been here about 4 times now and everytime I come here I have been taken care of by Sandra and even though she seems friendly enough, as soon as you ask her any questions about postage or the best way to mail something out she gets very annoyed, impatient and acts like I should know her job and stop asking questions. I mail stuff out for eBay all the time and have gone to other post offices and they have been very friendly, helpful and do a great job at customer service. I only come here out of convinience but I will no longer come here even if I have to drive further or go to UPS.

I do not like that lady. She's impatient, rude, and bad for service. I do not recommend going there on foenem grave
