Good most of time but the mailman On Thursday Lost my package I talk To women She Told There was nothing She Could do nothing I Hope they can Find it But I just asked for my money back on eBay. Hopefully I get it if I don’t get my package they are a pain in the neck. You’re better off ordering stuff on Amazon. I have lost letters too
Most worst disgraceful excuse of a post office I’ve ever experienced! Seriously, what the heck is wrong with them? I haven’t received my mail in almost a month! Took way too long to setup our mailbox in our new home. Lost many packages and letters that they claim that has been delivered, when in reality our box has been empty for weeks. Not helpful with this issue when we stopped by in person. They repeat the same claim that there’s simply no mail for us here and that it’s getting delivered to our mail box and that they will reach out to their supervisor. Incredibly not professional of them to be losing important letters. I’ve heard the same issue from many of my neighbors as well. Would rate them a 0 if it was an option.
At least once a month something gets lost or undeliverable. I returned a Milwaukee electric heated coat my gf got me for Xmas. They lost the package and even after giving them all information but the receipt they couldn’t find it. $230 gone. Because of the 3 nice ladies that’s only reason it gets a 2nd star. Not the one who wears the mask btw.
MELISSA from Sumner post office gave a nice and competent service. Very patient and knowledgeable. They actually answer the phone. Bonney lake post office can learn from them .Thank you
Why is zero stars not an option? 3-5 times a month mail just doesn’t show up, then it takes 1-2 weeks for them to get back on track. “Short staffed” “carriers deserve a day off too” I’m sorry, but a paid service that is government funded and highly subsidized, this can’t be your excuse. In the real world you’d be out of business. Priority mail is 2-3 days, it’s shouldn’t take the sumner post office an additional 2-3 days to get it delivered. If you miss one day of mail service, why wouldn’t you deliver 2 days worth of mail the next day, instead of only delivering the previous days mail, multiple days in a row? This has been an ongoing problem the last 10+ years, and nothing but excuses. Prime example of why mail in voting is a ridiculous concept, they can’t even get my bills here on time, why would I trust them with my ballot? Just going to add this photo of some extreme laziness and stupidity, once again brought to you by the sumner post office. ‍ Once again, going on 5-6 days in a row of mail delivered days after it should’ve been. What an absolute joke.
Both Sumner and Bonney Lake post offices are completely inept at doing a simple job of delivering mail. They never answer the phone or call back. complete disgrace.
The staff at the office have always been polite, however our mail carriers have been nothing but trouble. They deliver mail about every four days. Informed delivery is not reliable because there is always an excuse why they couldn’t make it that day. Last month they found a bag of our neighborhood mail in a ditch at the bottom of our hill.
I love them here! I constantly ship out things for work and they're always very helpful an efficient. They're super friendly and work to get the problems corrected. I've never had a problem with them within the year I've been here for.
Mailman is lazy and a liar. The customer service person who followed up to my complaint told me a bunch more lies because my brother has been a mail carrier for almost .25 yrs and said they should have delivered my box. She lied and said they are not required to deliver all the boxes & they don’t get paid. That is a bunch of bull. Don’t lie to people.,
Was left a sticky note with my delivery slip saying "Sorry, my mail truck has no room for this. It's long and heavy. Please pick up at Sumner PO." My pack is 30lbs and is 59" long. I went down and spoke to the delivery supervisor and he told me that if your package does not fit into your mailbox it's not their responsibility to delivery it to your door. When I have had many brought to my door. Totally insane to me. Would give zero stars if I was able too.
