Was refused service. Went in to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Needed it to fix my vehicle. Tracking number put it at that post office. After I told the checker what I needed and that I had the tracking number, he got a bad attitude and asked me to step to the side for a minute. Went to helping other customers and ignored me for 15 minutes. After which I walked out.

We have to use to this post office multiple times a month for work purposes, employees are super friendly and helpful. The new post master seems to really enjoy his position and has made some great new changes! Highly recommend.

I've had good experiences here for mailing things, picking up packages and so on. The place is generally pretty busy so be prepared to wait. The staff is clearly a little worn from being busy but they've always put in the effort to find my mail and delivered solid service. I've gotten a passport done here as well and the process was painless and quick (though I would strongly recommend getting an appointment).

I dont even know where to start. Numerous times i have called them asking them why I received text notifications that my packages were delivered and when I came home, I would have no mail. I have gone weeks without even junk mail in our mailbox (which is nice but what other items have I not gotten at that time) when we would talk to neighbor friends, they would tell us its pretty regular for them. I am still waiting on letters that family had sent me from before thanksgiving. I understand that it could be a wait but no one should be waiting over 2 months for their mail. I have had conversations over the phone with them and most of the time, they would listen to my concerns and be just as polite as I am to them and said they would help me out anyway they can. But this one call I had very recently interrupted me while I was telling them what was going on amd began to very rudely tell me that there was nothing he was going to do! I'm a pretty patient person and a lot of time, I get taken advantage of because I'm too nice so being treated like that was completely uncalled for as I was not arguing or yelling at him. He finally asked for my tracking number and said that it was delivered (to which it was not in my mailbox as I had explained to him afterwards). He responded with well it looks like there was no insurance on it so there's no insurance on it so there's nothing we can do. The mail carrier probably put it in another's mailbox (another issue that has happened several times. Neighbors would bring stacks of our mail to us) and continued with we will have someone come check tomorrow. Most of the time, I would sigh and be like whatever but I own a business and needed them early tomorrow morning. Before I can even finish explaining about needing them, he cut me off once again and said that if there was anyone available, he would have them do it tonight but most were gone so not gonna happen. I tried to explain again that this has been a recurring issue and he cuts me off yet again saying no the issue is that the mail carrier didn't put it in the right mailbox and there's nothing I can do about it. Have a goodnight. And hung up. For anyone that knows me, if he was polite like all the rest have been and at least showed me he understood my frustration, I would be okay but working with people myself, I was appalled by the treatment and service I have and just received. Like I said, I understand a wait, especially during a holiday season but that's no excuse for any of this. UPDATE! My boyfriend was letting out our dogs when the mail carrier came tonight to "figure out where it went". He watched our "delivered" package get pulled from the truck and put into our slot along with a whole armful of others for other slots. Literally was rude saying it was delivered so not their problem and they had it the whole time!
