Absolutely worst service there is. For the second time in the past 30 days, book orders have been crammed into my mailbox (rather than delivered to my home or placed in one of the 4 available large key boxes right next to our mailboxes). Not only has other mail been crumpled and torn, but access from my side of the box is smaller than the other side, so I cannot even get my books out. Twice! Unprofessional and lazy.

Every time I walk in this place there is always a huge line and only 1 person behind the counter. A 2nd person might pop up from in back every now and then, but usually not to help. Don't plan on doing any business here on a lunch break because you won't have enough time. I always end up wasting at least 20 minutes of my day every time I have to go to this location. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the main 2nd Avenue branch is even worse.

01-06-18 another missing package that was to be here on this date. and no regular mail AGAIN...... 1625 hrs... DEc 1600 hrs Still waiting on my priority mail that is to be delivered along with regular mail. wouldn't care normally but this being the 3rd time waiting on a package and the mail trucks pulls in my driveway and leaves. In the past I get a card saying they missed me at the house. When I saw them in my driveway or just didn't come to the house. Today same old thing. must be to cold to get out of the warm truck parked in the driveway and walk up to the door. Last time the carrier came back to the house and apologized. Dont want anything just the mail. UPS, FED EX Youhave my business. Tired of calling and not get anybody to answer the phone after 5 calls that rang 50 times.

Shittiest place ever. Four days of waiting after the deliver date, i called many times to see whats up and they did nothing but keep pushing back the delivery date. I came in to get my package because i knew it was their. The counter lady was told by another to say "its not here", after correcting them they finaly gave me what i payed for. Lazy ass workers, this location of usps is no good at all.
