The counter staff have always met my needs.  I enter the post office doors very appreciative and thankful that my little piece of mail will get to a loved one clear across our country!  I wonder if the negative comments I've read hang on a person's attitude of "half empty, woe is me."

Really appreciate the great service getting my daughters their passports.  All the other post offices in Southern Colorado were very hard to schedule and work with.  Thank you!

Mail gets postmarked in Albuquerque, and mail leaves for Albuquerque at 2:30. So any mail deposited in box after 2:30 PM isn't postmarked or mailed until the next day. Post office closes at 4:00 PM never heard of a U S Post Office in a town of over a 1,000 people that isn't open until 5, normal business hours. 12 days before Christmas arrived at 2:15 stood in line over 20 minutes, only one of three stalls at counter was operating. Asked to talk with Postmaster. Nicely suggested brisk business right before mail goes to Albuquerque could have been anticipated 12 days before Christmas and it would be nice to at least have 2 stalls open. Was told she would if she could hire someone. Suggested she might consider opening a stall personally. Her disgust was palpable as she coldly stated l would but l don't have a draw. Awe the insurmountable drawer problem. So tragic. Excuse me but l mistook you for someone who actually cared!!

Rude rude rude. Stolen mail. Lost mail. Some lesbian mail lady that hates men, her life, and her job. Very disrespectful. Stuffs mail and packages into mailboxes that are far too small....damaging the contents. If I could give Zero stars I would.
