They've hired a worker to stand with the customers so she can offer to help you while you're waiting in line.  It's nice to see the business has tried to improve customer service.  She greeted me and offered to help.  I asked a question and she attempted to answer.  She suggested I take my large envelope and a smaller one from their shelf and ask the (cashier) which would be cheaper to mail.  (She didn't know, but, she did make a helpful suggestion).  I try to avoid any post office at lunch or right before closing.  I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes at this office.  Staff are polite and some are even friendly.

The 5th time ive had to go down to the PO to work out why my package wasnt delivered. Its totally unprofessional. Ive also had a very important package with family herritage items  that were lost via usps and never recovered.

No one answered the phone. Called 5 times and didn't get anything but rings.

Called 6 times today, starting at 9AM.  No one answered the phone on any of my attempts.  We had a package delivery scheduled but it wasn't delivered because "our address was incorrect".  I know what my address is and I assure you it's correct.  Randomly we just won't get mail some days.  This is the worst post office I've ever seen.  I wish the option of 0 star ratings existed.
