Never had any problems with missing packages until moving to Tracy. Not only that, I frequently have to do their jobs by delivering mail they misdelivered to me. Parking sucks, and the kiosk adds an extra pound to the weight of the package (at least it did when I tried using it). I'm currently waiting on a domestic package who's tracking number hasn't been updated in over 2 weeks and has a missing package form for it. Nothing so far. Such BS. Ripon post office is so much better.

1 star is one too many..it deserves a zero. I pay for a PO BOX and my mail is never in my BOX on time they are so unorganized and lazy have to wait at that damn window to ask for my mail and all they ever say we are all done for the day placing mail boxes??? Wth your done when you have zero to distribute not at your own convenience. So I make sure they take another look to see if they might have missed any just to play their own game and guess what it usually is sitting there in a freak BOX. Very poor and lazy service. Plus I called to complain to a manager and darn phone had me waiting for 1 hrs till I just gave up!!!😤😠😠😠

wish MINUS stars available for this post office!! the management of this office is NOT competent NOR conscientious. paid for priority mail flat rate envelope to china but never reached destination. when questioned, i was told by the manager they are only responsible for tracking in the USA, once out of the country, they can't no longer help to find out what happened!! he didn't even bother to check!

They lost my package then blamed it on the person who mailed it and said she needs her tracking number, well the tracking number isnt the problem because the package made it to the post office and the post office lost it!!!! I had my card in my po box telling me i had a package but they misplaced it! Nowhere to be found!!!!

We have a new mail carrier who spends more time on the phone than properly paying attention to which box he is placing the mail.
