I have issues with receiving my packages Everytime I order something. The staff is very unpleasant and hard to get ahold of.phone just keeps ringing. Worth the drive to a different post office. Any one of them has to be better then this one

Steve was a pleasure to work with today. He was courteous and patient while helping me figure out how much I wanted to spend in order to get a birthday card somewhere on time. Thank you, Steve!

This post office is so unprofessional that it needs to be shut down.  They hired a private contractor and the girl has a serious attitude problem and she delivered two of my packages to my neighbor who happened to be a drug addict and he opened my mail and I had to threaten to call the cops on him to get my merchandise.  They don't answer the phone and the only good that this post office is for is sending out mail, other than that, I'd advise anybody to use the Lancaster Post Office...so sad but this is so bad for anybody moving to Rosamond...THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Worst post office ever! I am not sure how they have managed to be literally the worst post office I have ever been too. We submitted a change of address... and all of our packages/mail are being returned to sender. We are still having mail delivered to our old address. It is awful. So much time wasted driving to and from this PO to get mail that should be forwarded to our new address. 1 star is being generous.
