One star is too many. They lost another package and deliver my neighbors mail to me. My mail goes to who knows where. Phone is always busy. Why bother calling anyways... the response I get is " sorry we messed up,to bad so sad." How about find my package!!!!! Or deliver my mail to my address. I'm tired of not getting my mail and getting my neighbors mail. No reimbursement for my packages. DON'T SEND PACKAGES THROUGH USPS. If it gets delivered to the wrong address by your postal worker your assed out.

im locked out of my box because bill was late, even though the "worker" told me i would not be penalized till after the 11th. employees rude. they deserve all the piss-poor reviews they got here. open my fn box! f this post office.

This office has rude employees. 5 minutes before closing, we walked in to get in line and they closed the door in our face. We tried to reason but this rude woman just said SORRY we are closed after we drove all thgevway across town. They need better service and more employees to help serve the customers.

Can't send learning material in the form of magazines as media mail because they aren't "books", but I can send vinyls. Never had a problem with it before. Not using the post office again unless it's just a letter.

This post office does its best to get people in and out. I had packages I needed to drop off and get a receipt for, but when I went inside, the lines were long. They now have someone standing near the line for the counter with a hand held device to scan packages that have already been paid for or if you have exact change, they will help you out too. Thank goodness he saw me come in with my baby in her stroller, juggling about 3 packages. He helped me right away and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. To save yourselves time at the post office, check online first to see if you can just pay for your packages at home before taking them to the post office.
