Mail delivered to my business, from within the same town consistently takes 10 days or more to arrive.  Currently, there is no way to provide evidence it’s the local post office or the sorting center in Springfield because their postmark machine is so bad that it is completely illegible and you can’t see what the date it was postmarked at all.  I’ve heard of several others with similar complaints both commercial and residential customers.

Decent post office. Most employees are pretty good. Sometimes excellent. But occasionally I get this one guy that's rude every time he waits on me.

They are usually pretty good but when there is a tracking number maybe they should deliver it before they mark it as delivered. Says it was delivered at 2pm today and there was nothing delivered today

I don’t get mail or packages when I’m suppose to. I can get notifications that my packages will be delivered “today” but will not get until the next day. I’m actually in the process of waiting on three packages, two should have been delivered yesterday and one today. Can’t call because their phone is a constant busy signal.
