My Passport appointment was the worst.
When I got there, a kind USPS man used the intercom 3 times to announce that I was ready for my passport appointment. So I waited 15 min for a lady to show up and help me. 
The lady who showed up, showed up 5 minutes late and with an attitude.
Then it took her 5 min to sign in into the computer/cashier workstation.
When she finally had a chance to look at my application, she immediately told me she didn't have the time to wait for me to fill out my application. All I had to do was fill out a small section on page 2 of the application, which would have only have taken me a max of 30 seconds. She immediately dismissed me with the reason of me "not being fully prepared with my application". And refused to give me an opportunity to do just that. Then she let me know that she is not allowed to go over the 15 min max time frame for passport appointments because management would get on to her. Even though she was the one at fault for wasting 2/3 of the appointment. So I told her ok fine let's just reschedule, acknowledging I just wasted my time that day to even bother coming in. She then told me that they cannot schedule or reschedule appointments for people needing passports. It can only be done online. -____________-  It's no wonder USPS isn't taken as serious as their competitors such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. I ended up just going to another USPS location for my passport application near Branson. The other location had a lady with excellent customer service skills.
