USPS in Valdosta needs to be federally investigated. First, it took them four months to provide me with a key to my mailbox at a new address because they claimed they were all out of locks. Out of locks for four months, huh? Special contract with someone specific? Now, they are refusing to deliver a package that was supposed to be here today, citing unspecified issues. I paid to have this here today, and they claim they can't get it here until two days from now. The small package is in their possession, and they will sit on it for another two days, just because. It's asthma medicine that I NEED. I have never in my life had such bad experiences with USPS until moving here. Something is very wrong with the way things are done here. Clean house in Valdosta, USPS! These people aren't fit to flip burgers!

My usual mail carrier is reliable and actually notices that the apt buildings in my area are numbered. The guy that's been working my area lately is so incompetent that he gives my packages (and those of others) to different buildings. I should not have to run up and down my neighborhood to track down mail, and because of his lack of ability, have missed a birthday/Valentine's Day gift from my girlfriend. The kicker? This idiot did not scan the packages to show that they were "delivered, thus marking them as in-transit, delayed. A neighbor was kind enough to return one package, but I have no idea who has the gift I've been expecting for the past few days.

Worst post office ever with the laziest drivers there are. I was outside my house talking on the phone from 7:06pm to 7:34pm, my package had until 8pm to be delivered. checked the delivery status when I got off the phone and the lazy ass driver never came to my house or mailbox and marked my address as unable to deliver at 7:21pm. I have a very clear mailbox with my street number in big bold stickers as well. Going up there tomorrow if I can get off and hopefully the person loses their job or gets put on unpaid leave. Cant stand lazy bums who don't deserve the check they are getting. I checked the shipping address and everything is correct and spelled right.

Worst Postal Service Ever! They have managed to loose a Priority Package. When I filed a claim with This Post Office they Lost the Claim!!! Then needed stamps and mailed Postcard at the counter. The Older Black, Grey headed gentleman that wears glasses proceed to READ the Postcard I was mailing! I tapped on the counter, trying not to cause a scene, he looks up at me over the top of his glasses like I was Bothering Him and continued to read the Postcard! Seriously! Isn't this against the law?! Worst Post Office Ever! I Hate that I even had to give them 1 star!
